Something like that. I actually agreed to a long list of terms and conditions in order to sign up for this one (including weekly vacuuming and keeping the car clean). However, it was mostly voluntary that I quit as it was turning into a time sink I wasn't able to manage. I don't think that will happen this time.

Hey Catwalk, good to see you back smile. I.....uh....kind of lost that game you started as Ragnar. I built the Kremlin though, so there's that.

I agree with seeing starts before you pick.
Recently pitbosses have had settings somewhat like this:
Bans- Pacal, Willem, India, Inca
- War Elephants
-Corps (although that varies slightly)
- Some kind of limitation on espionage.
- GLH depending on the map
- SoZ

I'd personally quite like to ban Cristo
