Ugh, it doesn't look any better than it did in my mind.
3x 4F tiles arranged in such a way as to make Worker micro a sodding pain. EXP is a mixed blessing on this start since non-EXP works Nessie for the extra Commerce.I'm going to take a full re-roll and see what comes.
That's four 4F tiles! Don't forget whales can be hooked at Sailing. And in fact they're all 4/1/1 tiles (4/1/2 for the whales) Lots of the same tile, so you casual guys don't have to work so hard at micro - its an easy start, right??!
![]() Your new combo is Justinian (Imp/Spi) of Egypt!
Actually, I had forgotten that (lost in the ToW of PB29), so I could even make it a heady 5/1/2 tile with the minor investment of 60h on a Lighthouse ... perhaps not unless I'm ORG.
4/1/4, actually.
If only you and me and dead people know hex, then only deaf people know hex.
I write RPG adventures, and blog about it, check it out.
Agriculture/Wheel with War Chariots & Obelisk. OK, I'll keep the civ.
![]() IMP/SPI doesn't excite me, I'll roll the dice on Leader again. |

the Whaling boat doesn't give any extra food ... but doesn't it give extra Commerce?
