yup good catch. instead Ag provides -25 city maintenence. so its ORG light instead of CRE light. I thought it was both, according to Brick's post in the tech thread you are right.

Yeah I whipped the settler, then 2 turns move, then settle.
One micro tip. I whipped the settler when i had 2 turns left, speeding it by 1 turn. Is this a waste? No. First I'm able to start the whip unhappy timer countdown. Second I get 30 hammers for the whip. I whipped off a tile producing 2F/1H/1Cpt. That citizen cost us 2 food per turn. so really our loss is 1H/1Cpt. It takes 3t for us to grow from 2 to 3 in the capital. SO during those 3t +1 for during the whip turn, we are missing out on 4H/4C. I'll take the 30 hammers every time. Especially since that turns into a warrior and a half when we have almost no defense right now.
After Cap grows to 3 again we'll build a worker and do another 1 pop whip like we did withe the settler for a 4t worker.
