[Spoilers!]---Superdeath hopes for a better Pitboss.

Thanks OH.

Also, i really hope wetbandit plays soon. Id be really sour if i dont get to launch this attack before JR4 just default wins. Going on 36hrs or better since IPECAC played, and WB hasnt even mentioned a possible family thing/anything interfering with his play time.. I really just wanna go in and unpause, but im hopeful that it is a computer issue preventing him from saying something. Is there any real precedent to someone not loggin in for x days before either a game is called, they revert to AI, or someone else just fills in? Id give alot more slack on turn pace if it was the 22nd-31st of December, or if the person was involved in say... 4 pitbosses at once? wink

This all can be forgotten/erased if its something major like, " got into a car accident " or something similar though.

This is correct. You can any combination of movement points up until the last one, upgrade, and that completes your last movement point.

Well. it went about as well as i had hoped, even managed to kill a few stragglers from the war declaration moving units around. Best case scenario- Ipecac uses his stupid amount of Cuirs to take that city now that all the fights will be 95%+ ..while the worst case scenario doesnt change too much. Ipecac can instead declare, and kill all my exposed units, then march down and take the rest of what YuriLand. Wetbandit i figure will attack me, although it would be awesome to see an attack on JR4. I suspect Hitru will take some of my coastal cities, although he may just go straight for ipecac? Either way, this has been a fun game and i learned a hell of a lot. Some major things to learn from this pb:

Toku is pretty strong, with the buffs to PRO/AGG he isnt the shit leader he used to be.
Find a weak neighbor and conquer them early, preferably be the 2nd/last invader.
Expand early, and often. But dont forget to build more workers for roads/ect.
Take bigger risks. Its just a game hammer

Demos before, and after the attack-

Aftermath, JR4's units-

Possible Wetbandit stack that could slam YuriLand?-

All the Green/Red combat results-

We both ended up with a GG, i have Machine guns building basically everywhere, all coastal cities have at least 2 defenders if they are in range of any galleon shit, and all coastal cities will have a MG within 3-4 turns if i can help it. I will abandon YuriLand if Wetbandit attacks me, and i will hold up JR4 from entering from our natural eastern border if i can. Spent most of my gold upgrading some units to MG's  and plan on doing that for the next couple turns to avoid losing cities. popcorn

Finally, Ipecac takes the opportunity i gave him from having RR in his territory and took two cities off of JR4! Really wished he would have done that b4 i used up basically all of my units, but hey.. maybe that will distract the others long enough for me to get a good chunk of MG's out? Im still in 2nd place for food, and im "in the running ish" for land, so if the big powers got into a fight i could see myself catching up a tad in tech.

Although i will continue to say, that i concede to JR4 for a very well done game.. i am still glad i got to smash into him for one last hurrah!

City was boatable, and it wouldn't make sense to basically gas myself when Hitru and you were breathing down my neck.

There is no good option when getting dogpiled 3-way while 2 eras behind, besides turtling and waiting to punish the impatient.

Fair enough.

I logged into the game to see the carnage and well, wow. You attacked what was probably the best defended city in the world (45+ units, most of which were highly promoted Infantry), all fully fortified, on a hill and with 20 % cultural defense. Of course, Cannons are just brutal on offense and you were pretty much able to smash our stack to pieces. But Ipecac was the one set to gain from that. It`s hard to defend against railroad attacks. I don`t really blame you for attacking as a) I decided against renewing the fish-for-fish deal and b) We were planning on hitting you with Tanks soonish anyway.

Some questions: Why did you ignore naval techs so long? Having Galleons would at least have made me think about defending our core. It looked to me like you turned off tech for a while in the middle/late game. Would it have been better to try improving the tech rate at any cost? Why didn`t you attack Yuri earlier on, surely he must have been a tasty meal, at least when Ipecac declared war on him? Why didn`t you get out of Despotism until very late? Surely, Hereditary Rule must have been better, even for a Charismatic civ? How many fish-for-fish deals did you send out total? I got kind of sick and tired of answering them after a while. lol

I mainly ignored naval techs for a couple reasons, 1 being that im not used to naval warfare/ect. 2, i was far enough behind on most other tech choices that navy just wasnt an option. I was going to attack Yuri, but both Protective + the thought of getting slammed from you prevented me from going conquering imo. Couldnt time my GA's right, and didnt have the techs when i did for the right civic swaps. Didnt really need HR till Ipecac WW started to pile up, but even then it wasnt bad. As many Fish-Fish deals as it takes wink
