Guys, when I played the last turn I realized that we have never talked about screenshot trading. I have always assumed this means that you can trade screenshots whenever you want, not tied to any tech or anything (like it is sometimes done with Paper in Civ4). But it was brought to my attention that this might not be the stance of everyone involved. So, pleaes let me know what you want:

a) screenshot trading always allowed
b) screenshot trading allowed when Cartography is researched

As it seems that we are all rather packed, screenshot trading to discuss borders, lairs, etc. will come in handy I think. Therefore I vote

It's probably wise to set down some of the diplomacy rules. Can screenshots be sent before cartography? Is diplomacy allowable before in game meeting?(In which case there might be a rush of attempts to pre-emptively bribe Mahala)

The deciding vote was no and no.

So if you want to trade maps, you need to discover Cartography.
