Is there something more the players need to do, or are we waiting on map fine tuning? If this game doesn't start soon, I fear that players will begin to dry up and blow away.
Sigh, I figured I'd give the lurkers a bit more time for feedback. Coupled with Mist looking over it...but Mist is...busy? Absent? Hopefully okay? Anyway, stoneplated bitch as it will be to handmake the rest without script help, I'll get it out tonight.
If only you and me and dead people know hex, then only deaf people know hex.
I write RPG adventures, and blog about it, check it out.
Thanks, Commodore. It occurred to me that we haven't specified our in-team play order; I think Illians -> Luchuirp -> Balseraphs is probably the best. Hope it's not too late.

This shouldn't be needed. Team members can play in whichever order they want. plako Wrote:This shouldn't be needed. Team members can play in whichever order they want. Respectfully disagree. If we're going to play the same civs every turn, we still want to optimize our order to match our preferred play windows. Slow-moving games lead to bored players. Sometimes it's better to wait a bit longer than spend 6 months - 1 year in a bad map. DaveV Wrote:Respectfully disagree. What Plako meant is that in the current pitboss setting, you can play whatever civ at whatever time, as long it's your teams turn. So, on turn 1 you can play in the first hour, log back after a bit to chat with a teammate. On turn 2, you can log in at the eight hour, etc. |
