Nabaxo had this message in Team Reject forum. I think it is better to ask this in public thread so I transferred this here.

I wonder how the rules for dedlurking are? I have been spoiled during these starter turns, but I would like to start to dedlurk this team, is it possible?

IMO no diplo makes is more vable to step in, even if you're spoiled. I think having some time like 10-20 turns before starting to comment is also nescessary and even after that time you should do your best not to utilise/reveal any info gained from other threads.

I think with lurking you have to make sure you don't reveal any information gained elsewhere. Ded lurking makes this easy as you dont know any info from elsewhere.

With a late ded lurk as you say I think you just have to make sure you dont pass on or utilise any previously obtained info

That's my opinion too, so as long as he would attempt to follow that I'm perfectly fine with it.

^ I'd love to do this, but not sure on the status of my teammates. As one of the new adds I'd rather not catastrophically screw us over the instant I join .
