Just checking the settings page, we don't know the map script but we DO know that "capitals quite far from each other"

that tells me that that rice is in neutral territory - we aren't that far from our capital with our scout (who should have a name).

I suggest we move scout 7-9 on the hill now. It would get us some visibility to the NorthWest beyond 1 tile lake.
And we can move him 6-3 on T9, if I'm reading fog correct.

with all the lakes around, i decided to run a lakes script with High sea level in a custom SP game and it looks a lot like our terrain. i think this might be a lakes script (of course with a few WB edits by map editor)

I don't have much else to go on, any opinions?
