Starting my build up. Ill save gold till probably about 4-5k. Then bust through to state property-Assembly line. By then ill have gotten all the use out of Free Speech that i care for. EVERY city will be building some form of military unless its "paris" which has exactly 5 hpt.
Basic goal: Build enough land based deterrent that JR4/Cornflakes cant reasonably invade. Rest of my cities will build Ironclads/frigates/galleons. I have far more navy bases than anyone else so i hope to out build Mr.Cairo and at least give an opening to someone else. JR4 is way too cautious for my liking. Plus, the fact that he isnt even trying to fake be friends with me to take down Mr.Cairo kinda says alot about how he must be viewing this game.
Can i beat Mr.Cairo in a 1v1? No. Im far behind in tech. However, Wetbandit and i can defeat him before his CV. Of that, im fairly sure. This PB is one hell of a learning experience. For example: Cornflakes = very aggressive. JR4= passive. Good to know for future games.

Was tempted to upgrade a shit ton of catapults, but ill wait and see how my GA situation looks..
Showing JR4 what im able to spare atm. Going to throw most of my knights up here as well. Going to move them to within range of Mr.Cairo's border city. Im wary of a backstab by JR4, but if they do Mr.Cairo officially wins because you arent conquering me without help.
Long term plan is to send extra units to the war front and help defeat Mr.Cairo. Using GA (hopefully) to get SP and Rep, and make it to tanks somehow at the same time everyone else is. Use tanks to kill Cornflakes, ??? GG.
Short term plan? Make myself the prickliest pineapple in the sea.
Mr.Cairo's bottom stack/Wetbandit stack. If he doesnt get more railroad south of this soon, Wetbandit can burn a city with his HUGE cavalry stack. But not for long.. Because its looking more and more like the only citys we will burn are his coastal ones. But we shall see.
His main/top stack. The one that will smash into whatever JR4/myself compile. MG's. more and more MG's are needed.

Best case scenario for me. We all attack the same turn leaving Mr.Cairo a choice of who's stack to hit. No matter what, Mr.Cairo gets 1-2 culture cities razed. JR4 backstabs Wetbandit once Mr.Cairo is taken down to rump state. DZ/cornflakes joins in on one side or the other. Wetbandit makes it to tanks and holds everyone off. I catch up in tech, and stomp Cornflakes-JR4 in that order.
Worst case scenario: JR4 declares war on me the second that wetbandit declares on Mr.Cairo, breaking our defensive pact. He runs cavalry into my cannon stack i had in his lands, and then moves his full might next to my cities. GG to JR4/Mr.Cairo at that point.
Most likely scenario: Same exact in-game situation as now, except Mr.Cairo loses the CV by the razing of a city or two.
Chances of winning?
Mr.Cairo
Wetbandit
JR4
---
Me.
---
---
Donovan
---
Cornflakes
---
---
---
---
Elkad.
In that order.

Turned on tech since i did....

Manage to get my 4th GP for a golden age. Ill tech to ALMOST getting SMethod, save gold, and then pop the GA and get Communism for State Property, then go straight for assembly line which i desperately need
Going to get enough of a fleet on my little inland sea to destroy/neuter his ships and prevent him from building another fleet. The BIG sea will be a bit more of a push, as i really need to link up with JR4's ships to stand a chance atm. Likely going to turn all my cities on the west coast to building ships very shortly, maybe after the golden age? If/when i get to assembly line i can check and see how my production looks compared to everyone else. Right now without factories, compared to basically everyone else having them already... my production is only dwarfed by Mr.Cairo's.. everyone else is roughly even with me. So hopefully factories push me over the edge for pumping out units/Maybe a space race down the road? Probably not.
IF Wetbandit and JR4 concede, im fine with conceding. But only if they both are. Cornflakes/Donovan dont stand a chance either way while each of the big 4 have some form of chance.
Im still hoping to have some fireworks happen before this game ends.

Mr.Cairo has airships, which if my calculations are correct... he can currently see JR4's stack, and my "stack" Safe to say he probably see's Wetbandit's as well. Ill probably start the war by killing his navy on the inner sea, then starving his cities via blockades. I can offer token support to JR4 via my extra catapults. Going to launch a golden age either really soon, or in 10 turns so i have time to build up more.
