Why is there no equivalent rule for the West Point unit? I'd prefer to have a rule against this as well, if we're doing a rule against the Heroic Epic unit.
Honestly, because people very rarely actually build West Point in these games, and the Heroic Epic is far more powerful. But if players want that rule, it could certainly be added.

I guess the rule would have to be, no Great General gifting/trading between players where one can build West Point and the other can't. (If neither can build West Point, or if both can, it doesn't really make much difference.) Does that seem right?
