RB Pitboss #2 [SPOILERS] - Gandhi of Korea (Broker33 & plako)

How did that happen that you can see an extra hammer where Iron is (or is supposed to be) inside Rome borders.

Since you can't see (from this screenshot at least) any extra hammer inside your border, what does this means (you have no Iron or is this hammer 'ghost' depends onsomething else ???)

Hopefully the hammer ghost only shows when the nation whose borders it is in can use it. Otherwise we are really screwed with absolutly no metal.

Thats my story and I'm gonna stick to it until somebody tells me otherwise smile

Yes, that's true. A similar case is lighthouse coast - a coastal tile will show as 2 food on the map if the city that currently owns the tile has a lighthouse.

Yeah extra hammer reveals the Iron, but that doesn't mean we couldn't have one on our territory also.

I'm currently thinking I'll accept the deal with DMOC/Nakor and suggest that we'll build road SW-W from Pyongyang, if they can build it to there it and bring2 axes, I'm happy to give worker to them. Since hammerwise axes are more expensive I'll say that we'll settle the "deer" city 1SE from the originally proposed location.

I'm building Archers now on all of our cities. After this "patch" is ready I'll put capital on settler and try to get Galley out of Wonsan by whipping/chopping unless getting more archers seems totally nescssary. Please comment, if this sounds alright.

Draft message to DMOC:

Quote:Your suggestions sound very good and Writing is good news. So what would you say for trading 2*Axes for a Worker? Hammerwise this would be slightly on our favor, but to compensate this I would move our "deer" city to be "no-longer-deer" city i.e. 1SE from the position presented earlier. Could you deliver the axes to SW-W (forest tile W from wheat) before turn 70? We could build road there and then send the Worker to you.

I think we should get the settler out asap archers and chariots will only slow down praets we need a way to build them ourselves. Plant on the copper and whip axes right away seems the way to survival

need some archers in the mean time though.

Trade is ok as long as you think they will get here in time and we dont need the worker turns lost on a road.

I'm building Worker and Settler now after I got couple of archers ready. Whosit settled 2 cities within the previous 2 turns so he probably hasn't started to build army at full speed yet.

I'll probably save the chop near Wonsan for a Galley and don't finish it now.

Sailing ready next turn. Galley takes few turns to finish.

Current status of things. Our enforced peace ended this turn and from Power graph Whosit probably has 1-2 Praets currently.
