It doesn't make sense for CMF to wait to attack as France is just a vassal of Turkey at this point. So, it's already 1vs1. I agree with CMF that it goes against everything he's being doing but scooter's double-stab messed things up. Scooter used the game ending anyway to steal Munich, so Turkey not using the end of the game is giving stuff to Russia for free.

Pindi told CMF to wait in 1907 because if he took the centers then, Pindi would have to disband too soon while still trying to hold off Russia in the north. CMF agreed, both because of that and because he wouldn't want to risk antagonizing Pindi while he's in the process of throwing the game to him.

If Pindi is right about how easy it is to get CMF to 18 then my comment about him being a NPC is wrong--as scooter should not have taken Munich in the first place. This also explains why CMF didn't abuse it already being 1 vs 1, so your reputation doesn't matter--he doesn't need to.
