If the wolf riders are weakened, something should be done about the orc scout. Actually, it would be interesting if goblins were 2 move - then the barbs would have a weak but fast unit to keep players honest with their workers and settlers.

Ew no, no 2-move goblins please. We already have Lizardmen to force us to retreat our workers constantly. 2-move poison goblins = not fun.

Wolf riders are great for how early you can get them, sure, but they do require a lot of luck and investment; finding a wolf, finding enough barb animals to kill for exp (if you want to be able to take out fortified warriors). They're already worse than horsemen (worse withdrawal rate), I wouldn't mistake Krill's luck here (he almost lost the unit, after all) for wolf riders in general being too strong.

The wolf, at least, is less nasty than the Priests of Winter, also on a neighbor's border this turn. And that's with some pretty extreme luck for Krill

At least if he wants to kill Amelia, he's got to risk those 2-3% battles

About the Priests...I wonder if Serdoa knows/remembers that Ice Elementals can't be summoned on desert? Suppose he advances to Neo, and only then tries to summon, leaving the priests stuck in desert with no cover?

What I gathered from reading the Games is that overpowered Units everywhere are the bread & butter of FFH.

My impression so far is that if you remove everything overpowered you have very little left wink

Mobility priests have had a bad effect that I didn't consider. They mean a warrior escort is impractical. But without that warrior escort a zerg rush can easily overpower the unpromoted priests and unempowered ice elementals. Particularly with the axe massively increasing power against the vulnerable to fire elementals.

One wounded scout won't cut the mustard as ablative shielding for the priests.

Wowza. Serdoa is thinking of offering a NAP to SL to spend the rest of the game peacefully settling?

That's just crazy. He could put his boot on SL's throat here. Have a Hippus vassal for the eventual war with Krill. Or at least eliminate a terrifying potential threat.

T110 is awfully late to consider an Academy, IMO.
I've got some dirt on my shoulder, can you brush it off for me?

Damn it. How am I supposed to lurk globally if only the hippus empire provides updates on regular basis. At least we know, thanks to the failed-hippus-buiilding-effort, that Seroa's got a boner, erm... The Bone Palace. I wonder what is going on on the Clan-Grigori front. huh

Umm, yeah, you can play as the Illians as long as you don't stasis us in the first 100 turns when we're dealing with the barbs... lol.
