After discussion with Mackoti, we decided to SIP anyway. It's too risky to move towards gold without knowing there's food around. If there is, we'll go for a fast Settler and claim it with a second city. Claiming it soon is high priority in any case. Just not high enough to risk moving away from a spot with 3 food resources
