Quote:Serpentinite is composed of minerals of the serpentine group. It forms by regional metamorphism of deep-sea rocks from the oceanic mantle. Serpentinite is common beneath the oceanic crust, where it forms by the alteration of the mantle rock peridotite, but it is seldom seen on land except in rocks from subduction zones, where oceanic rocks may be preserved.
Oh, and I also met this guy:
Grimace/Caledorn: Genghis Khan of Zulu
Looks like my neighbours are the two most aggressive/scary combos in the hands of the two least scary opponents. They haven't met yet, but it's probably only a matter of time given current trajectories. EPs stay on Whosit for now.
Oh, and I forgot to revolt to Slavery while walking the Settler, but my current configuration doesn't really lend itself to whipping.
Well I can't say that I was expecting to find Grimace's borders quite so close to Whosit's:
I'm going to guess (hope?) that's his second city, because otherwise they started really close and I can expect to find someone equally close to me. If I'm really lucky they'll settle up on each other and start butting heads.
Looks like Fenn probably completed the 'Henge so I'll get a trickle of failgold. On the bright side, my chops are due to complete this turn, so can be funneled into something else - Settler in Gneiss & TBD in Serpentinite.
Note to self: Don't Pink Dot Grimace and expect him to shake it off (or even suck it up short-term in order to plot his revenge at a later date). Do try to find a way to have Whosit do it....
