No doubt. I'm trying to determine which ones will do it and which ones won't.

I feel like at a certain point the True Casuals among us need to bust down that thread's metaphorical doors and begin chanting "Fox Only! No Items! Final Destination!!!" until we get a decent, wholesome BTS map.
But in Smash, the casuals are the ones who play with items and think Kirby is a good character.
Point taken, though. Perhaps you could suggest BTS, I suggest ToW, someone else suggests Vanilla and we win the game in the tech thread, by making it not happen.
Ah, and all this discussion in the tech thread will definetely impact negatively on the casual scale.

Shoot, you're right. Clearly the most casual option then is to play FFH with every option checked!
But seriously, I have some doubts as to how "casual" this game will really be. Perhaps we're victims of autocorrect and it's actually a causal game, where every decision has a decisive impact

Final five Pitboss would be great! Chichen Itza and Angkor Wat would finally have some value.
It seems casual doesn't mean someone who doesn't care about winning, but rather someone that cares about winning, but can't do it in a field with pros. Or maybe I'm just talking about myself here.

Actually, a Final Five EitB Pitboss sounds like it could be a lot of fun, if people don't take it too seriously.

This situation excessively boring, with players approaching the tech thread like a patron who manages to be confused at McDonald's even though the options haven't really changed in like a million years and just hurry up and place your goddamn order I have places to be, and as I was brought on-board specifically to produce spam & click-bait I feel like I'm failing even in my very casual partner duties.
So, secret in-thread codenames game, anyone?

Only for spymasters who are unsure of a word's definition(s) (tough to do their job otherwise)

If you can rustle up a few other players I don't see why not.

PB32 - MONSTER HUNTERS
In PB32, here be monsters. You've just graduated from Monster Hunter school, with wide-eyed dreams of becoming like your hero, that guy who says "Clever girl." in Jurassic Park, and you've just gotten your first assignment from Monster Hunters Incorporated: make camp at on this crazy torus world and capture as many monsters as you can! (and also build a Civilization to stand the test of time, and all that jazz).
You can capture a monster by expanding your culture over it, simple as that. On turns 5, 50, 75, 100, 125, 150, 200, and 300, you're asked to post an overview shot of your civ so that we can count how many monsters you control. This info will be posted on the TopMonsterHunter.com, for all your competitors to see. And look, here's your first monster now:
Your combo is: Ichabod & Bobchillingworth - Wangkong (Fin/Pro) of Byzantium
You have up to 2 rerolls, and you may lock half a combo.
