im going to assume so. Every other game ive seen ends without going farther than infantry. But i havent dug into it.

Lost city visibility on his capital while putting EP's into JR4.. so i swapped over. I need to know how long i have to build up/do other things before Mr.Cairo needs stopped.
STILL NEED AN ANSWER FOR: Does razing a city that already went legendary make any difference?

Yeah, you need to have 3 legendary cities at the end of turn to win. So if you burn one he needs to replace it with other

DZ going to get his stack wrecked i think. Cant wait to see the carnage.
Graphs:
Any questions?
I plan on building enough battleships that i have defacto control of both seas. Enough tanks to make JR4 think twice about not hitting MC... and eventually rule the world,

Wow, that sure is a lot of units on one tile. Sometimes I regret never having played in a game here that got to this part of the tech tree.

Been a little while since i updated..
To catch up:
DZ had razed two cities of Wetbandits on that border. Then pulled back and signed peace. DZ is with-out a doubt... a wildcard this game. I have no clue if he wants to help take down Mr.Cairo at this point, or if he will just cause as much chaos for the benefit of MC..
Wetbandit got beaten back out of Cornflakes culture and had two cities razed/captured and nearly all of his units destroyed by DZ.
Everyone got Industrialism, ( except cornflakes... and MAYBE DZ? Gah, i cant recall ) and is now frantically building Battleships + Tanks.
JR4 just declared and moved in on Cornflakes with... not quite enough MG's to make it a stomp. Cornflakes should be able to damage his stack HEAVILY, and leave me with a really shitty choice. I either A: Clean up the stack and forever have JR4 as an enemy/no help killing MC... or B: Hope that enough of the stack is killed that i can walk in on cornflakes and take everything myself. More production queues will certaintly help.. Especially 3 more ports for building battleships to take down MC's navy... so that i can raze Vanillaisis. Maybe Wetbandit will help me out?
Im still pulling for a win here. Although JR4 deciding that now is the time to attack Cornflakes ( before MC is taken care of... ) kinda makes me nervous. At the very least i SHOULD get 2nd place?
Spoilers for ALL the images.. Let me know if i should include something next time, or if there are any questions?

Man, i dont mind helping out by pausing/extending the timer when people have rather obvious play windows, but id feel better about it if players like DZ would be able to mention something in the tech thread. :/

As for stuff to include and questions, I'm not very familiar with Civ IV, but I do like following the games.
What helps me is if you include your commentary alongside the images. What's important for me to be looking at? Why did you think this image was important to include? What does it tell us about the game state? What information can you draw from the charts/graphs/win conditions/city screens that isn't obvious to the casual lurker? And what are you thinking about as you look at each screen?
Those are the kinds of things I like to read in reports, stuff that helps me follow your thinking and form my own thoughts and conclusions about the game.

Once DZ is done with his 6hr turn ( and i get off work ) ill make sure to include this from here on out. Thanks for lurking!

Lets see if i can do this:
![[Image: xPJbqCB.jpg]](https://i.imgur.com/xPJbqCB.jpg)
According to demos i should be winning this!
![[Image: 2eEQsaC.jpg]](https://i.imgur.com/2eEQsaC.jpg)
But, out of the remaining players... i think im the only one that is prepping to attack Mr.Cairo and force the game to NOT be a culture victory. JR4 bumbling into Cornflakes NOW, instead of when MC is gone is a real nail in my head. Cornflakes couldnt attack INTO MG's/tanks ect, so why not let him sit there for awhile?
![[Image: RPAAnnS.jpg]](https://i.imgur.com/RPAAnnS.jpg)
Why Cornflakes didnt wait one more turn so that his army was right outside of the city ( and cornflakes could get all of his troops to have city defensive bonus's on the defense.... PLUS JR4 wouldnt have been able to do this shit^ AKA burning all the roads and making it a real bitch to try and counter slam into his stack. I could have hit his injured stack sitting in that new city b4 it gets artist bombed ( he has an artist OTW) but only with 30 total units. 7 tanks, 23 knights. Yeah, id have killed about 20+ units... but it wouldnt have been worth waiting to hit his stack with the rest of my collateral, AND getting into a game long fued with JR4 over the remains of Cornflakes that are frankly, not worth the effort imo with MC winning in less than 50t. )
So much head-against-wall here.

I was planning on sending a message to JR4 showing my disapproval of him razing that city which id clearly positioned to grab, by asking for 10gold for open borders. But, i realized that this is the mod before all of the village/town shit... SO i earned myself some more gold. alot of stuff died, some GG's were born. Yay.

Wish i coulda smacked his stack just to show him how dumb IMO it was to attack cornflakes now. Great teamwork JR4/Cornflakes!
Random extra photos:
Also shown in those spoilers are All of the major defensive stacks that DZ has in his borders/stacks period. If he goes yet another turn without playing a double and has to hold the turn up im going to start letting it roll unless he says something. Getting a tad irritated.
With the nearly elimination of Cornflakes, and JR4's attack, i put MC at a 98% chance of winning. DZ will probably attack Wetbandit again and force him to not attack MC with me once im ready. Yay.
