I was saying, if you just play it normal, everyone is going to get India, Inca, Pacal, Willem or Sury. That is a nice prize for everyone. But if you ban picking more than one of EXP/FIN, then India and Inca become the one right choice.

GES, I assume you meant "if you ban picking more than one of EXP/FIN/Inca/India", in which case Inca is no longer the one right choice as it relies quite heavily on an EXP combo. India is a strong choice, but is it automatically better than Egypt if it means you lose out on EXP and FIN?
