I think the best chance we got is fleeing barbs. There's a bear to the S and warrior to the SE of our current position. I can't actually play the turn now until I get home due to a change at work however I can tell them I was working late and decided to remote to my home pc to play not wanting to hold up the turn.

I can say it was a mis-click and that he was meant to go W not NW. I can also say I might have screwed up Owen by accident but couldn't be sure due to the difficulties I've been having remoting in. Will have to check when I can actually get to my home civ pc. I can also specifically ask Sunrise about the issue (b/c I have had problems remoting in before) and he uses the same program as me .

I can also say something like Kalin and I had an agreement to try not to hold the turn up if we ended up being last and due to our recent discussions I knew the only availability he would have would be to post his thoughts and what not.

Thoughts on that?

Also do we pre-emptively email them that or do we wait for them to ask questions? Me I'd prefer to wait.

Unfortunately I did miss Greedo but will look forward to the day when Luke can confront Vader! As for Coruscant, unfortuneately for you, your Coruscant is the 2nd of it's kind. Nice to know we think along the same wave lengths. We shall have to work together on city names as Planet names undoubtedly number less then the amount of character names available. To be a bit Pre-Emptive I believe these should belong to The Rebel Alliance:

Dantooine
Alderaan
Endor
Naboo
Tatooine

There are definitely more that I would like but I suppose I'll have to play nice and allow you some as well .

As far as our relations I believe even given our opposing sides of the force we should continue on the path we started. We shall restore the world to a more civilized time and definitely introduce the forgotten power of the lightsaber to all the non-believers!

Fair enough, I have changed my capital's name back to Imperial Center. Which works just fine, as that is its proper Imperial name. I have been putting together a planet name list of my own.

I would like to argue for the rights to Endor because it was the location of a major Imperial installation. In exchange, I was going to claim Fresia, home of Incom Corp, but recalling Incom's . . . transgressions, I could see that as a Rebel world. Naboo, though, seems like a toss-up, seeing as how it is the birthplace of both the great Palpatine and Amidala. Perhaps whoever takes it first, unless we can come to an agreement.

I am afraid that my time is running short, so I will have to make the rest of this brief, but I do look forward to our future cooperation. If nothing else, the Alliance and the Empire working together is deliciously ironic.

How about we agree on a NAP in perpetuity with a minimum duration of 75 turns and a cool-off of 25 turns starting on turn 55.

In the strictest confidence, we have too much on our hands right now Hence my previous question if you have any units around Paris. We would appreciate any material help (we would compensate you for it, of course). We would also appreciate just information if you noticed anything.

Given the above, maybe you could delay arranging a NAP with Byzantium for a few more turns if you can.

Dear Athlete and Kalin,

I take it that the Star Wars theme was not your idea, Kalin?

I do not intend to let the names of our empires shade our relations. Of course, I will do my utmost best to outshine the Rebel Alliance, but I expect the same in return. Perhaps if it comes down to just the two of us, but there are powerful players in this game, so I doubt that scenario will come to pass.

For the time being, I imagine most everyone will be busy expanding and claiming as much territory as possible. I'm somewhat fortunate in that I do not have a rival immediately to one side. I am guessing that things will become more crowded in your part of the world. I hope that you will hold your own.

On Turn 55 we met both the HRE and India (who just founded their 3rd city !!! Well hopefully on T57 we'll found our 3rd as well !

To the HRE:

We have come across your warrior close to the Koreans and would like to wish you all the best in your scouting ways! We have come a long way from the NE to meet you and would love to hear any thoughts you might have on the map. I noticed you have also met the Greeks? Are you to the west of them? As mentioned before we are far to the NE of Korea with Rome and the Inca's in the way before you might find us. Given that we would appear to be so far apart I believe this could make us natural friends.

I believe you are the first to 3 for sure, quite impressive though not unexpected of a team of your reputation. As I see you know Greece already I'll let you know you are about to walk into a Byzantine Border. It is 1 tile E and 1 tile NE (2 tiles away). Also if you continue to your east around Byzantine you'll run into our border and beyond that are the Infamous destroyers of Zulu, the Inca.

Are you located to the west of Greece? Have you met anybody else that way? We look forward to piecing together a friendly relationship with you.

I played the turn remotely as with Kalin being unavailable until Sunday this would be the only chance I had to get the turn in. I have some technical problems when playing remotely so I try to avoid it as much as possible but alas I could not this time around. When you next log in you will notice our warrior Momaw Nadon (I'm pretty sure I saw it right) has moved closer to your border. He was intended to move N as he's headed home for MP duty. I realize he could be perceived in a threatening position (hence this e-mail) but sure you aren't scared of a single warrior at this point right?
