Strategic Combat in CoM

What did we change the armor portion of strategic combat to? I don't appear to have updated the strategic combat thread, and in my current game, Freya has a stack of 9 horde with magic weapons sitting on my continent. My cities on that continent only have 3 bezerkers plus spearmen, so I'm surprised the horde didn't attack, and I wanted to run the numbers to see what the strategic strength was to see if it was actually a potential bug.

Ok, now I need to check my game again. No way should they not have attacked, even if heavenly light was stacking with alchemy somehow. But if heavenly light stacked with alchemy, and they were halbediers not hordes, then they wouldn't have enough. Or maybe I remembered something else incorrectly.

I'm still playing an old version.

Heavenly Light doesn't apply outside battle. However if the AI stack had a hero in it that halves their strength for the attack decision.
Just to be sure, you were at war with the wizard, right?
