The worker finished the mine last turn, so I could swap to it this turn to get a warrior a turn early.
My capital will be size 3 next turn. I don't know if that is too early for a settler, but I will see what it looks like next turn.

Parkin, it looks like you lost all your chariots...
I thought I would settle next to the rice, but I do not have agriculture. Instead, I should settle near the sheep and fish.
