So I just realized someone else is using our naming scheme in pb18 and their cap is. AOT also. Let's change it to anime main female character instead. Mikasa would work here.

Working the grass forest is fine for now but we can work the wine for 2 turns to still get an 11 turn worker through working the forested deer after border pop. Iirc this gets us BW a turn quicker which does make a difference. I still believe that mining bronze working is the best tech path after hunting for all the forests that we got.
