He had a warrior next to the Western "Fort City" location that could have messed with my settling plans over the next few turns. I didn't attack but a DOW was needed to keep him off that hill.

We've swapped a few emails back and forth since then and we'll be back at peace next turn with a rough agreement regarding land splits.

He was a bit pissed about the DOW, but at least we're talking now. wink
