Turn 32
One warrior moves to the capital to heal for two turns, the other moves towards the barbarian camp to start attacking next turn. I find the redlined scout cowering north of the camp. I’ll attack the camp twice, promote and then clear it. Slinger heads west in pursuit of the scout. That scout will have to decide which slinger it wants to attack.
Camp goes in at the truffles and Craftsmanship is boosted. That’ll give Obvious Child a few turns of contentment and then it’ll turn unhappy once more when it grows. I also take the citizen off the rice and move it to the hill forest for extra production. It takes a turn off the settler and the city will remain at 3 population once the settler completes. Up at Obvious Child I take the citizen off the rice and move it to the 1

3

PFH. I lose 2

per turn and delay the city’s growth from 5 to 16 turns. However, I get a little more

and

for being happy and will complete the monument in 7 turns instead of 11. It seems like a subtle change but running the numbers out to Turn 50 results in about the slightly lower yields across the board (2-4 less

and

, 8 less

) but double the

generation. I’ll go back to working the rice once the monument is complete and the Early Empire eureka will hit two turns later. That’s fine because Early Empire currently has 27 turns to go.
Galley moves:
That desert island to the right is inaccessible to all land units. My inclination for the first island would be to settle directly on the furs unless there’s something good in the fog at the end of the river. Settlervision is not informative given the mountain. I should learn more next turn. I’m going to sail due west from here to get the northern island fully defogged.
Woden, Ljubljana, Kaiser and CMF all completed Mysticism. Archduke has his next settler out. Kaiser got 4 era score as well.
Hit end turn and hear the cash register. Woden’s met a city-state. If anything that confirms he has a boat on the water.
