[TECH] Pitboss 32 IT and Tech Issues Thread

There's something weird with my hotel wi-fi - I kind of can understand it not connecting to Steam, but somehow it doesn't connect to the Pitboss server!?! Or maybe it just has non-standard ports closed? Anyway, I will not be able to play until I return home, about 27 hours from now (British Rail permitting). Is it going to be a problem?

Shouldn't be - after all we push the 48hr timer most turns for no apparent reason. It looks like there's enough space on the timer for me to get it after you tomorrow ... and you can pause if it'll run too low. (I'd play ~31hrs from now and there're 32hrs on the timer)

I'm going to ask for a reload of the server. My home internet connection isn't able to log to the game (and only this one game, I can log in to other PBs), which has been going for a couple of weeks. I tried all sorts of resets and restarts, to the max of my limited tech knowledge, but I can't solve it. I was improvising another connection, but that's not a solution anymore. I can work around this for this turn, but I really need a fix to this, otherwise playing the turns will become really problematic.

Since Mr. Cairo turn had combat, can someone log in for a few moments, just so that the reload won't mess up with that.
