True, growing to size 4 is probably not the most efficient. I also forgot about fishing ... haven't though about it, but we have another turn do decide both build and tech.

Waterbat, you have the correct items for this turn. You (or anyone else) can go ahead and play whenever the turn rolls.

prep for next turn:

M3 chose the right time to offer us the 2v1 - when we can't take it.

he moved the fortified warrior NE. he moved the other warrior into our territory ontop of our hill.

We have no choice but to continue the NE march of the 2 quechas.

Moves:
1) Quechas NE
2) both workers road
3) Settler moves to copper city spot and founds city

we have to decide on a capitol build. if we put 2 turns into a quecha , those hammers wont automatically become axe hammers when the Cu comes online, right?

hmm...

we have 13 overflow + 4 prod this turn. We can get a Quecha (17/15), or sink those hammers (and the next 4) into a barracks(21/50) before working on our first axe.

if we go for the quecha - we could potentially take the 2v1, but that is very risky - only 30% odds on the first attacker.

also we will finish hunting this turn.

I was going to check status afte M3's turn but it appears that discochicken (aka waterbat?) is currently logged in ... items for this turn, as far as I can remember.

1) finish roads with workers
2) settle [Port Royal], choose build?
3) build at Barbados?
4) next build at Tortuga? If our next build will be a worker, then as long as M3 doesn't come at us we can leave the Quechua sitting at 14/15 hammers and switch to worker now. Doing so cuts one turn off completion time for worker.
5) next tech (pottery/fishing have been suggested). I vote pottery (14T) > fishing (5T) ... turns are estimates because I couldn't check this morning. The reason I say pottery first is because we do not have anything to build except units in our cities, and we don't need that many Axes to keep M3 back. Pottery first gets us growing sooner in all our cities. Fishing only helps Port Royal, and even there a terrace gives +3F while a fishboat gives +2F.

Don't take 2v1 because second M3 warrior is moving in.

I actually checked Quechua >> Axe lauto-hammer-upgrade already, but no. I think warrior would, but because we are Inca and Q is our UU it is not obsolete yet.

I think we might as well build the Quechua at Barbados since we will complete it before copper comes online. We can use it to prevent M3 from pillaging our farms. Move it E next turn after moving the other two into Barbados.

Regarding #4 - we grew right? So we are size 2 for this turn?

I can't play for quite a bit.

Agreed on the Quechua build at Barbados.

Building this many Quechuas is probably a bad sign...

Port Royal was settled:

This city is pretty bad, if we weren't so desperate for Copper. But seriously, only 1 seafood.

M3's moving on Barbados:

Current situation at Tortuga:

I think we should finish the Quechua in Tortuga, then build that Worker. I think we should slow-build Workers in Port Royal while waiting for Fishing, since we're hammer rich but food poor there. Barbados gets 17 overflow hammers, but I don't think we should build a Quechua, since those things are obsolete. Worker while waiting for Copper and the chop?

Quechua to prevent pillaging? That thing will be useful for about four turns...

Also, Fishing is 6t, Pottery is 10t, though I think the time went up with the settling of Port Royal.
