We have a NAP with Trolls until T140. Everything else is fair game. Gillette has mentioned a possibility of a dogpile on t140 on trolls. Pirates have asked for a NAP to t140 which is suspicious. I asked them if they want to dopile trolls and that I'd only give them a NAP if it was longer that T140 and they agree to war trolls. They haven't repsonded. Green who knows. You have the option of teching to knights, NAPping Trolls longer and then attacking Pirates, or Napping the Pirates longer and attack the trolls with knights at t140.
You need to whip Forges and Baracks in preparation. I recommend teching Feudalism and swapping into HR, OR, Vassalage. Then use OR to whip the forges and then barracks. After Feudalism, tech machinery HBR and guilds. Then get to engineering. Anyway soemthing like that.

I see. I gues I was tempted by the low numbers of Plako forces ... but then again, we have the Nap with them now :D
Alright, Alright. Hmm .... yea, if the Pirates don't want to extend the NaP beyond 140, why not invade them ^_^ ... after all, as leader, I'm sure Plako will be wanting to secure his flanks. Barracks and Forges sound nicean Creed ^_^ Yes, while tempting to whip an HA army, it does indeed look like the timing for that will soon pass. ------------ I was wondering, why do we have OB with everyone BUT the greens? I think it will be interesting to see what happens to the pirates. Anyways, the main question. Do we really WANT RoP with the Plakos? I'm thinking no, as it allows us more exclusive rights to piratelandia. A few quick notes 1) send all spies to the Trolls 2) send all fighters to the pirates 3) take pirates land 4) sign OB with the animals (w/o RoP I guess, if its even such a thing) when we declare with pirates (or a few turns sooner I suppose). 5) get some island cities up ... flex those trait muscles ^_^

Do NOT sign the NaP with Plako. I need some turns to think about it ..... ------------------ Also, I'm thinking about re-trying my attempt to get a NaP with the Pirates. ![]() Would have to be till at least t160 to be useful imho a few quick notes 1) build as many roads to Plako's land as possible (and Pirates I suppos) -- Try to keep up the element of surprise ^_^ 2) if attacking Plako, ignore Ramune (for later) or capture I guess. Raze the rest ... at least until you find the Great Library city. 3) Think about a NaP with Shaven ... especially if you don't want army caught off-guard post-plako (assuming there IS such a thing) 4) think about opening borders with HAK ... everyone else is doin it >_< 5) get those two island cities up ASAP. Third island city can take a bit more time. Those routes will *hopefully* help us tech to guilds faster 6) kill someone with knights. ANYONE except animal lovers. (preferably Pirates or Plako)
Well, we have a couple options.
1) sign a t160 NaP with Plako, let Gillette do what he will, and roflstomp the Pirates 2) sign a t155 NaP with Pirates, try to take down Plako with Gillette. 3) don't sign a t155 NaP with Pirates, try to take down Plako with Gillette while being 'threatened' by the Pirates. ---> As far as I can tell ... I could do relatively equal damage to either player, however Plako has far more to lose. Thinking about capturing Great Wall if I have to, but I wouldn't be above razing it. Haven't located the Great Library yet, but I'd like to capture it if at all possible. After capturing the Library ... capturing the Parthenon would move up in priority. I'm going to build several roads into Plako's land so that he *hopefully* won't realize which location I will attack from. Honestly ... I haven't decided yet myself ![]() Of course I do have a few ideas. As far as Pirates are concerned ... I've considered various diplomatic tactics with them, but I just don't think they are interested. Either that, or they haven't been checking their e-mail. I think I learned a thing or two of Diplomacy from Shogun2: TW ... so I think I have an idea of what will happen. 1) Gillete and I will attack Plako 2) Pirates will attack me soon after 3) Animal lovers will attack Gillette soon after 4) with the three highest powers fighting a 2 front war each, the respective economic leads will be diminished somewhat. 5) hopefully I can come out of it with more land, and possibly a neat wonder or two. Also, I fear any ploy to intimidate the Pirates will only backfire (and strengthen their resolve). While I would like them as an ally ... I can tell that their weakened overall position makes them less likely to want long-term deals.
We will invade Plako I tink. Take a nap with pirates if possible, or I'll do it by email.
Just cooperate with Gillette for ze most part. Will be fun
