Moved some units around for the last few turns, discovered some land which will be awesome post Bronze and will suck until then.
Screenies will have to wait for a bit. My right shoulder is cramped up and using the mouse/keyboard hurts like hell right now. Think one of my neck vertebrae is a bit out of place due to the shaft of pain that runs down my right arm if I move it the wrong way.
I'm all for detailed updates, but they'd take more pain than they're worth right now.
Hopefully I'll have something more interesting up in a day or two.

Keep listening past the initial scat singing, and it will make sense.
I need me some of that green grass to smoke right now.

Too bad Mardoc can't lurk this game....he would see my nice peaceful builder nature in all of it's glory.
Reverse Dogpile FTW.
Not quite the way I'd have chosen to get to lurk you, but man is this going to be a good show .
Er, that is, after this improves: Quote:Screenies will have to wait for a bit. My right shoulder is cramped up and using the mouse/keyboard hurts like hell right now. Hope you get this treated! That sounds miserable.

?? what happened. I thought you were playing in XVb? or did you get knocked out by barbs already?

Still giving me some pain, but I'm working on it.
Not much has happened the last few turns:
Popped a pair of huts and a pair of Graveyards for Skellies, Barb warriors, 22g and more Skellies.
Since I'm still at peace with the barbs those Warriors and Skellies will act as maintenance free spawn busters for me.
It's going to be a long slog to Calendar and then I'm not sure. Getting to bronze opens up a very, very, very rich site (gems, Dyes, river, rice and Banannas) but is going to take forever and a day to get to with this shitty no commerce start. Might have to go Fishing and either Education or Myst first.

You're at peace with skeletons? I thought it was just orcish barbs you got to be at peace with.

Not sure I agree either, but at least it means I've got anther game to lurk.

The Barbarian trait starts you at peace with all non-animal barbs.
I'll DOW the barbs after I've popped my world spell so that I can pop me some dungeons and lairs, but for the moment me and the barbs is all cozy.

It starts you at peace with animal barbs too, it's just that most animals have Hidden Nationality so can attack while you're at peace.
Strip HN off them with an Empyrean priest, and suddenly you can accomplish the long held dream of sending little goblins out to play with wild bears.

Somehow I don't think that's going to be a viable option before about turn 300 with the way the tech pace on this map is looking to shape up.

Really? I'd have thought Trade to be a wonderful tech for an ICS gameplan.
