5. There are no other signs for unique features. Either they are not on the map or Mist has deleted the signs.

I had been assuming that the "sky view"+"bare map" exploit was banned, or at least frowned upon. I accidentally discovered it in FFH9, and was told it was a known exploit.

Is it considered to be okay to use?

Well, it is bare view + simply scrolling out as far as possible. Didn't even consider somebody could call that an exploit tbh. Means I have no clue if somebody consider it banned but at least I cannot remember one single FFH-game which states in the tech-thread that this is banned.

edit: And I consider it ok to use, though I am by no means a moral authority around here

Yeah if you zoom out far enough you shift into "sky view" and that's when the signs appear if bare map is enabled.

I classify it as an exploit because it is obviously a bug and grants useful info. I'm not trying to be judgmental or anything, but I'd like to know if it's considered acceptable to use. I know other tricks like flying camera are pretty accepted.

Well, I understand where you are coming from. I tried to explain why I feel it is no exploit, but basically you are right that it is. It does not destroy the game-mechanics (like the culture-building bug Seven mentioned in the General forums) though, so I feel it is more in line with sandboxes and similar things. Stuff which grants you useful info and might give you the edge but is in line with a fair game.

Ok, here is an update, way east seems to be getting blocked by fallout atm, expect the same on the other side

You are working both oasis right? I tested a little bit around with it, and that probably is the way to go. I post you the microplan I have for that, but that can be refined for sure.

On the far right side you can see what the tile-numbers translate too. 4 is Oasis for example.

Yes working double oasis. Its a shame fishing doesnt complete 1 turn earlier, but oh well.
