Yeah, the timing of the delays have been great for me (if not so much for diplo reasons, haha). I'll have missed what, one turn? I've finally had a chance to catch up on the IT thread during a five hour layover at the airport ( >.< ) and it sure seems messy.
Speaking of diplo, did you ever get back to India? I noticed they emailed us and we sent back an acknowledgement, but I haven't seen anything further.

Just logged in game (it's finally back up ). I switched Centralia from a chariot to an NC. I see no real reason to keep building chariots at this point.
Also, in regards to Lakewood: I think we should probably build military here for the near term future. I understand the desire to get the library for culture, but shouldn't we be getting a missionary from Krill soon? My thoughts are we should probably build an archer or a NC here and wait until we have Hinduism (and thus the organized religion bonus) until getting a library up. If we do decide that, we should probably shoot Krill an email inquiring about the missionary timing so that we could potentially whip St. Paul into a missionary if he wants to spread religion there first.
What are your thoughts?

At first thought, both of those sound good. NC seems smart since it isn't a major difference in hammers from chariot, and I think waiting for the OR bonus for library while building military isn't a bad idea at all. I'm going to log into the game (it's been what, four days since I was in game) and look at the specifics.
I'm still nervous about the workers around Boring. Does the idea of covering the southern worker with the warrior that is currently in Boring sound okay? If the chariot comes first, then the barb threat would be close to zero.

I agree. If we can catch a MP veteran in gmail chat, perhaps we check with them that the order of chariot building before barb attacking is the same in pitboss as SP, but assuming it is I would support moving the warrior out of the city (I haven't touched anything around Boring yet).

What's the plan with the exploring warriors, btw? I noticed the one in England seems to be heading back, is that right?

The one in England is using their roads to head south with the intention of figuring out exactly how close we are to our southern neighbors. And the one in Egypt is also on a southernly direction in Krill's land with the intention of meeting Babylon so that they can get Math, and we can get Currency.

Slight typo, but it should probably read "as well as a better plan". Other than that, looks fine. If you wanted some nice diplo filler, you could actually ask him if he knows how pitboss handles the building of the chariot vs. the barb attack, although it would also be fine just leaving it as a short note too.

Good idea. I amended the note to read "as well as an OR/HR revolution" (a little simpler). I also added the barb question and sent it off. Hopefully we hear back from him soon enough for it to matter. The turn is scheduled to roll at 5 am... wish it was 7 am or even 6 am so that I could end turn before work and after Krill responds...
