[SPOILERS] Tatan, CFCJester and Nakor try their hand at Mansu of India...

Took a look and decided to whip CC. Maybe we shoud build a walls there next turn.

Next turn we whip SM, MS and FG for 2 archers and a Trireme. Might be able to whip CG as well into walls or another archer. We need to keep some units in CG to keep it a bit more happy.

Another stack from Scooter. Really? yikes
If he can build that many units, then why isn't he defending his homeland and taking on Commodore? shakehead
Really want to read their thread and their reasoning for this move....

HBR after Construction for HA's and options for an attack?

Ended turn.

I know it's not personal...you just need to go back and read my thoughts on the matter.

I'll make you a bet, they will go after FoF, I would. smile
Yeah, right we don't have another source of metal, but don't you think we need triremes to cut off their supplies? Agree with HBR after Construction.

We DID build triremes...just couldn't do that at FoF because we needed defenders. They really caught us with our pants down.

Jester wins the bet. They went for FoF.
Here is what Scooter/Pindicator bring to the field:

And here is our best defense:

FoF has walls and 60% cultural defense, but still...
What do you guys think?

Jester, I whipped SM, MS and FG for another 2 archers and a Trireme.
Didn't move any units except one archer from CG into FoF.

Off to work soon, so it's up to you to see what else we can do.

I really can't believe that Scooter/Pindicator sailed away having this army available....

Not much we can do. I set up a 1 pop whip of a trireme at CG next turn (we'll follow with walls most likely). I did ask both Serdoa and Space for 10g to help get us to Construction. Long shot but who knows. I did give Space crab for free a few turns back, maybe he might reciprocate? I expect Serdoa to turn us down but still worth a shot. Ended turn with over 14 hours on the timer. At the very least, no one can say that we are holding up gameplay. I demand a good PYFT rating. lol

On a side note, I'd rather gift our cities away than let Scooter have them. If we can't hold on to FoF, there really won't be a reason to play on (except press end turn). We just don't have the pop (or troops or metal) to really mount a defense (much less go on offense). No shame in losing...happens to the best of us and you have to give it to Pindicator for the unconvential move. I will say this though, although we won't win, they won't either..it will take too long for them to recover (by the time they can get an economy going they will be way behind the leaders in tech and pop). So they get to prolong the game but eventually face rifles when they only have medieval units. Tbh, I would have tried taking back my own cities first and if that failed just gg. smile

OMG they sailed in catapults. What did Commodore attack them with??? Trebs and crossbows??? Why didn't they just stay home and defend?
I'm afraid FoF won't hold against that stack. Most of our guys aren't even fortified yet.

I'd whip all cities to the ground and send out an archer to destroy improvements at this point...

If they don't and Space accepts the gift then they lose although they could declare war on Space I suppose to capture FoF. Unconventional I know...we could even gift Space our map so if Scooter/Pin decide to attack then Space would know exactly where they are. Unless Space has open borders with Scooter, they would automatically be kicked out of FoF's cultural borders (which are kept intact when you gift a city). We ofc, would garrsion FoF (or gift the units) and Space could always whip axes (he has metal). At this point, realistically our chances are pretty grim. However, I don't think we should let Scooter profit from *their* unconventional move.

1) You can't give away your capital
2) DON'T EVEN GO THERE
