It's not just the fact that we can't start a new tournament. Some players like to play on forever in totally lost positions and it's not so much fun playing someone rated 700 points below you with a rook+ advantage and one move every 3 days...

and certain people is very obnoxious about it, got a game going where i have a forced mate on 1 (hell ... even from when it was a forced mate in 3) and my opponent is stalling till latest possible each and every time

But wait.... it gets worse! One of the official chess.com tournaments, which started in March, is down to its final game of Round 1, and the guy (who has been taking forever and was involved in the final 3 or 4 games of the round) is down to a forced mate in 3, and has activated his vacation timer, and therefore hasn't made a move in like 2 weeks. He's holding up an entire tournament!!!
