Well, if yall are willing to call the game in my favor, I don't mind ending early with the laurels atop my head.
I do however think that Ellimist is stating things far more skewed in my favor than perhaps reality would reveal. (also, his production is now equal to mine! :P) ... and while a war between two even powers might be interesting, I dislike certain assumptions that were made regarding the likelihood of success. So if everyone is willing to concede, I'll take an empty victory now, over an empty victory later (assuming everyone believes what Ellimist is saying regarding to my odds).  And I can certainly understand where you are coming from, sometimes its more about playing the game, and less about the results.
