It does help if you're confirming receipt of orders as you go, so people can be sure you've got their orders.

Go read diplo 2, they must have handled it somehow when I stopped sending in orders.

What was the order of the Russian F BLA? Looks like it's supporting a Con->Bul but failed 'cause it didn't specify a coast?

You can't dislodge your own army; Con and Bul are on the same team.
