Yes, Adrien and I used Dinosaurs in PB28, and that hasn't turned out well. Someone mentioned that Pindicator used that theme sometime before us and his game didn't go well either.

Now, maybe my game went poorly because I made bad choices. But I'd prefer to blame the naming scheme wink.

That's really bizzare. I don't know about any myth in which Venus had sex with a chick, so we can conclude that she was stricktly heterosexual. And heterosexual girls have little passion for threesomes. Also, no goddess would debase herself by shareing her man with a mortal woman.
All these means that ancient deities can be a theme.

Played the first turn. We will research mining - BW and only then research AH. A little counter-intuitive but if we go other way around we end up with 9 (!) turns of worker being idle. Also we will most possibly have to stagnate at size 2 anyway and if we use food as hammers, a mine on a pig is almost as valuable as a pasture.
