I sent him a PM. Hopefully he wont miss the turn but as per previous agreement lets keep it rolling unless he is in danger of missing two.

Personally I think the temporary gifting of cities is gamey at best.

I would like to have it not included but since it wasnt addressed at the beginning I believe we should vote.

Obviously permanatly gifting would be ok.

I agree, I think we should vote in fine RB tradition smile

In our case (Dreylin and I) we have already decided not to temporarily gift cities in our game, even when we had an opportunity to do so. We have however gifted cities permanently. This is just to put things in perspective.

Agree with "no" on temporary gifting of cities.

I don't think anyone has voted to allow it, so in case you were about to temporarily gift in game, please hold off until the vote ends wink

I've done temporary swaps of cities several times already to get or give cheap buildings. In fact one is in progress now. Because of this I vote to allow it. smile

I'm sure everyone has a different definition of "gamey", but I certainly don't see any problem with temporary city gifting. (Of course I'd also be fine playing a game where it isn't allowed.)

Looks like the current vote is 4:2 against gifting (I think...lots of posts to read through). Of course that doesn't stop you from returning cities to their rightful owners, but I think it would be sporting to hold off on any new temporary gifts until we have majority one way or the other.
