Another boring turn. I queued up Masonry and marked out the micro for the Workers. I swapped Port Royal to a Worker, since we don't really need growth or another Axe.

Hinduism randomly spread to Havana. I don't think we should convert, since we're hoping to grab Judaism, plus giving M3 shrine income doesn't sound good.

I was kinda hoping that Judaism would found in Havana to counter the culture from Talking Parrot. That's not going to happen now with Hinduism there, right?

I don't know. EDIT: According to http://www.civfanatics.com/civ4/strategy/religions.php having other religions decreases, but not eliminates the chances of being a holy city. So it'll probably be Port Royal.

Sure. How much whip anger is left at Havana? We can let her grow once more and then 2-pop whip either a worker or library.

Perhaps we could try to beg gold off M3 for 10 turns? (Ask for 15, get nagotiated down ...) it doesn't hurt to ask.

We'll cut the pleasantries and get strait to the point: would you provide a 15-turn loan of your Gold resource to us? As the defeated in battle we have no right to claim anything, and therefore we request this simply as an act of charity. We can whip out a settler and claim our norther Ivory in about that timeframe, but until then we stagnate at our miserable happy cap.
