Ouch. Bad luck.
Here is what I would say on your leader selection then:
I was a little baffled by the choice of an Arcane leader. Adventurers gain very little from being arcane, and it very obviously telegraphs your intentions.
If I was set on an Arcane Grigori game, these are the leaders I would have considered.
1. Cassiel. He was already gone, but probably is the best leader. For my money, I'd take Philosophical/Charismatic.
2. Alexis. Philosophical for Adventurer generation, and Aggressive for a nice flexible trait that actually helps adventurer mages more than Arcane.
3. Keelyn. Creative fills in for the cultural weakness of Grigori really nicely. Twincast archmages with the summon trait is just a really scary idea. I think it's a pretty nice oddball idea for unrestricted leaders.
