Mardoc has a depressing number of cities. I honestly don't know how I was #1 in land prior to Tartan's little incursion. Speaking of which he turned down my peace offer and his power is ramping up again. I guess my "grow cottages while waiting for Mardoc to win" plan is replaced by "build PoL while waiting for Mardoc to win plan"

And yes I know I owe empire update. Its just so depressing I can't bring myself to do it.

. I jokingly offered Mardoc all my cities in a juvenile expression of dissatisfaction with the game. We were chatting and I got the impression he was a little sad that I might not be enjoying the game, cause, you know, he's REALLY enjoying it 
. Anyway, I told him it was just homage at his great empire after getting uber's map so he wouldn't have the slightest pang conscience in playing the game out.
