waterbat, that Google Docs spreadsheet was a great starting point. I went ahead and did some organizing and formating. Feel free to keep working on it further.
A word on how I've organized these spreadsheets for previous games. I have the other teams in turn order on each page, which is as good a way to organize them as any other at the start of the game. I've highlighted our column with our team color, while leaving all the others blank. We can highlight the other teams when we meet them. I've found that this is a nice way of visualizing which teams we've met in the early game, as it draws the eyes to the colored team (which have the most important information, since they are the ones closet to us). Feel free to ignore if desired, but it's worked for me in the past.
On the score tracking, I've traditionally used an arrow to indicate score changes within turn. (Founding a city, whipping, etc.) There is probably a better way to do this. If one of you can find a superior method of automation, go for it. I bold important score changes (founding capital, building wonder, founding religion) and leave the rest alone. I filled in our score for the next turn to demonstrate. Enemy teams all get the minimum score until they actually settle their capital. The formula for land/score points is also listed in the top corner of the score tracking screen.
A word of caution. Enthusiam is great, and we certainly will have tons of down time between the extremely slow turns. At the same time, you can get too caught up in the numbers. I suggest focusing on four major tables:
Score
Population
Tech
Power
These are the important ones. I've tracked other stuff before, and it generally doesn't matter very much. We don't need to track GNP or the Demos for each turn - we can look at old screenshots and we can look at the bar graphs. In my experience, these are not worth the time investment to track them. Go for them if you want, but don't ignore the truly important stuff, which is the four areas listed above.
As far as the difficulty of this stuff goes... Tracking techs is extremely easy once Alphabet appears, and I like to prioritize it for this very reason. Knowing what everyone else has is hugely valuable (plus Espionage on for this game). Tracking score is possible for the whole game with a fairly high degree of accuracy. Tracking population is pretty easy for about 100 turns, then it starts to get really tough. Power is almost impossible to track after the first 50-75 turns, but it can be hugely valuable for those early turns. Have to watch closely to make sure you aren't being rushed.
The main thing is that these tables are a great start. Nice work.
