The City of Nether Wallop is founded.

I think that makes me 2nd to build another city after OH did last turn. Now I just need to road the final tile between cities and do 1 more turn of pre chopping to have 3 chops ready in 5 turns when Masonry finishes. Stonehenge ETA is T41, I have no real idea if I'll get it or not.

I really want to scout SW of my borders to see what the land is like over there and if it is a dead end but I don't want to move my sole warrior away just yet since I'm not going to revolt to slavery until after the Stonehenge attempt.

Its all setup for Stonehenge next turn. I'm worried that OH double whipped (at least I think so from civstats) and that they're trying for Henge as well. How do ties work in Civ4? I used to think it was random but I don't think I ever really knew how it worked.

Looking good smile
In pitboss it should be completely random yes, so if you and OH finish SH this turn it's down to a coinflip.

This picture pretty much sums up my turn.

Nothing critical going on so its a good time to revolt into slavery just before Nether Wallop (from here on referred to as NW, or NeW if NW is confusing) gets its sheep tile pastured. Scout continues along the north coast for now and my 2 warriors are exploring, one is going south and the other is defogging some tile on the west coast as I think I'm safe from barbs for another 10 turns or so. Plan is to get SB (Scratchy Bottom) to size 4 then whip out a settler and get Granary afterwards with some help from chops maybe. I don't plan ahead really so I'll just figure it out as I go. That approach has never failed me in the past! rolleye

My warriors finished scouting to the SW and NW, the NW in particular presented a new settling plan to consider.

Initially I put down the X as a probable settling site, but with those 2 fish in the area I considered putting 2 cities here instead. The northern one would be on the dyes (does this make the city tile 2/1/2? Or is it just the standard 2/1/1?) and the southern one would be 1S of the corn tile. I feel like splitting into 2 makes even more sense now that I've landed Stonehenge and can pop my borders in both cities. I think the northern spot is a good place for my 3rd city too as it has a solid base start with corn and pig to work early on and a few forests that can be chopped. A small thing to note is that it'll be fairly vulnerable to a Viking naval invasion but I don't think I should play around something like that too much.

Oh and my demographics are slowly slipping down the rankings, I may be #1 in GNP thanks to Stonehenge and #1 in score but it feels like everyone elses superior civ skills and activity is starting to show if it wasn't already.

2/1/1 as usual, no river on those dyes.

almost regular updates? what is this black magic?

Scout had a barb appear next to him IBT and is bravely running away and hoping to go south and then east to avoid him.

The major news of the turn though was this barb city appearing to my east. It should easily be capturable when I get some units ready but there's the question of whether I keep it and slightly mess up my dotmap or raze so I don't have to put a city further east to claim gold. I'm probably leaning towards keeping it right now but my mind isn't totally made up yet.

Figured I'd include a shot of my demographics since I was rather downbeat about them in my last post. I think Stonehenge is giving my GNP a boost by 10 so I'm mediocre in that stat really. My production is currently maxed out more or less with my tile configuration, my food could be higher with different tiles worked but its still rather low which is concerning.

Not a new turn report just a screenshot of all my known land as of this time at Mukha's request.

Did 2metra just take a city from OH? Civstats suggests so.

Also who is OT4E?
