Paranoia is telling me that they are planning on scouting our capital so they can Warrior choke us. Can't they just go around the lake? Why do they want to scout our lands so badly?

They already have eyes on our capital (though how I still am not totally sure). I don't see any issue with them declaring war to pass through. Besides, since our Quechuas start with Combat I, we're an extremely poor choice to warrior choke, so I doubt they'd try that.

I had a brief chat with Lewwyn tonight. Big news, our southern neighbor is Team Orgy AKA LP.

Settling a city on that grassland hill for ivory/gold/corn/cattle looks really appealing. TEAM wants to hammer out a border agreement and for us both to focus on settling southward. Given the potential city between us and LP, I am all in favor of that. Lewwyn also asked for the latest screenshot of our scouting, which I provided:

I doubt we'll beat them to that spot. Maybe we could try to negotiate for the northern Gold and Corn.
