We have the entire west and center. The East...he has one big city that I'm not sure is worth 10+ knights to take. If we get peace with Adrien I'm thinking of setting up a raze of two of Elum's cities, and maybe try to take and hold a third.

It's a balancing act between trying to make gains and/or hurt both sides (the running-away leader and the tilt-prone last-place grudgeholder) without seriously pissing either of them off. I definitely haven't played optimally but it's not like there's a chance of us winning anyway and I'm still learning stuff so things are good.

Really, Adrien, you can't tell from the past three invasions that equal-tech attacks will at the very best result in pyrrhic victory? And that it's much more likely to fail?

Honestly he was in a better position last time; I was very surprised he offered Peace then when he did. Of course now he's distracting us so that Elum can trample over the other side. Then he'll be able to pick up some bits and bobs.

Well, it's not like he has much choice; both we & johns have shown willing to take bites out of him as soon as we see an opportunity. He's tried to deter us off by being spiky about it, but it clearly hasn't stopped either of us so all that's left for him is to chose one (or both) of us to take down with him.
