How about DoW and offer peace with msg:

Since you ignore diplo in full diplo game we had to declare war on you, to know where we both stand.
We didn't attack any of your units or cities.
We are offering you 10 turns peace and OB if needed. It's nice to have a trade partner even for Rome.
We could talk about NAP and other deals if you are interested. Just use your e-mail.
If you are not interested in peace between our teams, we'll understand. It's your game and you could play it whatever you like.
Still, there is a room for cooperation between our teams, that could benefit both of us in the long run.

I agree with you, if we wanna risk than put city 9 of silver is better, imo.
It could not long last, tho. Rome could conquest that city soon.
Fun thing we could do, is keep it at size1 before strong defence, this way Rome can't have it, only raze it.

I think there's a better chance that they move their chariot away (better for us) than sign peace if we declare war (they might just make it their mission to take us out).

I'd side for avoiding war for now, but it's definitely not something that's risk-free given how unpredictable they might be.

With info from Yos, I assume we are pretty safe to declare war on Rome:
- They should protect from quechuas
- Their other chariot is on the mission to scout Dinos
- They probably dont wanna fight over tundra

Still, there is a big IF:
Could they read any msg in english at all? And if they do, could they understand it?

There is a big chance (close to 50%, imo) GG leave us alone.

But we are still had to concentrate military toward Rome in any cases.

I want some diplo reaction from Rome.
Its counter productive to avoid any diplo in full diplo game. But as I understand, GG just wanna have some fun. We can't blame them for that.

Maybe DoW/Peace would be enough motivator for them to start dialog?

Remember, next turn we might had to DoW on Rome regardless.
We cant defend our city and 2 workers from single chariot.

So, lets get it right where you want us:

- Settler moves to plant city#6 on T76 9 of silver
- Both workers on silver roading
- Chariot on silver promote to C1 and heal
- 'retep' moves on silver
- no diplo actions toward GG this turn (no DoW/peace)
- EP on GG this turn

Am I right?
