Dave, don't readily dismiss the importance of a plains hill start. That's why I'm still not 100% set on moving site 2.

Plako, that sounds ok to me. As long as some sense and mild pre-planning, I'm happy enough.

Since Auric is CHA, I think he should be building our early warriors. Beeri builds Mud Golems, which leaves Keelyn to build settlers. I think we should stick with 1. Auric, 2. Beeri and 3. Keelyn for those roles.

Early game, depending how near we are, everyone is going to have to look after themselves in terms of warriors, workers and settlers.

However, for a consensus, I agree with the above.

Since the game seems as though it will start soon, are we going to have one civ as our designated banker, while the other two run 100% science?

IMO In the beginning 100% science. Later when expenses raise gradually specializing.
