I think we'll want Forges, Courts, and Settlers first. Oh yeah, we should probably hit Sailing after Horseback Riding, Lighthouses will be useful now that we have more ports than Royal.

Another thing, how to unlock the Heroic Epic? We could negotiate with M3/TEAM for a 'phony' war, sacrificing obsolete Quechuas/Archers to farm experience.

The chops at Melaka came in, the Forge completes in 2 turns. San Juan's Forge completes soon. Horseback Riding came in at 80% research. Next should be... Calendar so we can throw out these Heredity Rule Quechuas and improve our Silks/Sugar? Machinery for Maces?

Maybe Paper for Sankore. We have Stone, we're Spiritual for cheap Temples, and we have Hinduism everywhere. Paper's a great tech to research anyway to open up the Renaissance.

Trolls has Education. Liberalism is theirs.

We have spices too, so Calendar is probably best. We're NAP'ed all around so I don't think we need to go for maces. Best to just continue in peace.

We barely one-turned Calendar - I reassigned Barbados from a farm to a fresh plains cottage, and that did the trick. We're 3rd in GNP at 0%, and 2nd at 100% . Still last in Food/MFG, though. Once we scrounge up enough Worker labor to settle the remainder of our mainland cities, we should surpass M3 in Food.

Next tech... Paper, onto Printing Press/Education/Sankore? Oh yeah, if we want Sankore, we should backfill to Meditation/Priesthood .

cant quite remember breakeven, im pretty sure its at least 60%. im pretty sure 2nd is gilette, since team and m3 are clise to us in gnp. probqbly roll out settlers after regrowing from forge whips.

We're making 240 bpt at ~67% breakeven. Paper is a 3 turn tech. Gillette is 2nd in GNP.
