Should I count it
. Well we generate ~60 commerce and we've Academy, library market and soon also monastery there. Vassalage gives flat 18 gold. So we would get 30 commerce multiplied ~50% => 45 commerce/turn. Capital generates ~14 hammers depending on the tiles chosen so it is ~7 hammers/turn. So all in all we would win ~25 commerce + 7 hammers/turn. We produce ~280 hammers and 300 +commerce/turn. So I would say economy vise converting would pay back in ~20-30T. Depending on how we value hammers vs. commerce. I might had to check the time schedule for our next Great Person since Golden Age and temporary Bureacracy while in it could be one option.
