Mailed to the tracker, but it doesn't seem to have updated it on the website? How long of a lag is there in mailed-to and delivery?

Normally none - I had checked the second after I had sent it to the tracker and it was already showing. I don't remember, but are you last in the turn order? If so it might still have the issue with having two times turn 0001 in FFH2.
