Thanks for your input guys, it does really help.

I am quite a long way through Calendar now so I am keen to finish it. The other benefit of it is swapping to Agrarianism for increased food on farms, that in turn means quicker settlers but I take your point that there aren't a great deal of calendar resources to hook up. Perhaps it was a smoke move but that is why I am trying to air my plans nice and early so we can discuss them.

So, after calendar we could do Ancient Chants-Mysticism for elder councils and God King. Quite possibly waiting until then before revolting the agrarianism too.

The problem with the Sheaim is that, as has been said numerous times already, they can own us at will for a long time. Nothing can be done really until Life II mages or Gargoyles.

Diplo is the way forward.

Played a few more turns but no report today I'm afraid. Too much to do. Will get stuff up tomorrow though.

I have now met everyone except the Sidar!

Hey Jkaen,

Thanks - yeah she is ok now. Not her writing hand so could have been a lot worse.

It was Shrove Tuesday yesterday and so we had a pancake party. Bit of a tradition for us it would seem this being the 3rd year. Managed to get through 30 eggs! lol Epic

Big update tonight or tomorrow morning. I have lots of screenshots saved up and plenty of diplo to post.

Those can be fun (especially when the cook puts a 1/2 oz into the batter....smoke smoke)

Calendar splash-screen and start researching Ancient Chants, due in 6t.

Turn 30

Our scout discovers the Sheaim borders. Looks like his capital is 3S of the Lizardman... Our scout may die to said Lizard, I hope not as there is scouting to be done!

Heh - yep - did something similar when I was at uni. All grown up now supposedly. I was drinking neat sambuca with a coffee bean whilst frying though! wink
