Ty Kalin.I let it go long time ago, so lets get the game going and not starting again with the whole thing.

If there are any other lurkers i will post a sumary and a long plan term and a short plan term :Luditte.

For the lurkers wich belive that i broke the NAP with LUditte well its not true , because that was our agreement about setling to bad that logs dont remain.Perhaps he used double words, and i didn't get it.

Well you can check all my games Pbem 9 and pbem 10 and ask ioan about our private games, i never broke a NAP even was against me.

How could this be clarified ?
Is any way to check the history of log-ins/log-outs for each player ? huh

Best regards,

Don't think too much about NAP breaking. You have a justified reason to invalidate NAP and declare war....

For that reason is important to keep such important agreements in an email and not just in-game chat !! rolleye

That's an important lesson to remember from now on ... smoke

I echo what MWIN said about the NAP however keep in mind that it is important to clarify things and not get a reputation of someone who breaks them.

Regarding the log ins/outs there is civstats a website where you can see those as well as changes in score etc. Maybe the other lurkers can point you there... It's a good resource to keep an eye on.

About the double move... it was (unfortunately for you) a double move and against the rules. Here's what you need to do in the future if you want to declare:

* The turn you declare you must move all units in the first 6 hours of the turn *then* declare. Best here is to end turn during the first 6 hours of the turn.

* You can attack only the following turn. You lose all the surprise but this is the rule. Check in the Tech Thread what GES said.

Things are now quite clear to me. I think you made a mistake because of a misunderstanding and that's that. Move on (you did that already smile ) and best of luck.

Yes, it's important to have NAPs in an email, or take a screenshot of the chat at least.

That's not how it works, Kalin. You don't have to declare war the turn before you start your attack, you just need to have moved all your units during the first 6 hours of that turn, to avoid potential double moves.

T-1: You move all your units during the first 6 hours of the turn, and preferrably end turn.

T0: You declare as early as possible during the turn, and no later than 6 hours into the turn.

See http://realmsbeyond.net/forums/showpost....ostcount=1

So you can actually never declare war unless you moved all your units during the first 6 hours of the previous turn. Makes opportunistic attacks difficult.
I have to run.

That's what I meant to say, I guess it wasn't clear. Thanks for the clarification. By attack I mean literally attacking a unit which you cannot do unless you are at war.

Guys, I just want to make sure that next time you try to declare war you don't make the same mistake, because it seems like you still might not understand the rules.

The turn before you declare war, you have to move in the first 6 hours ONLY! That is what matters. Whether you had planned to declare war is irrelevant. Your reason for declaring war is irrelevant. Whether other players have deceived you is irrelevant. What Plako posts in the UN thread is irrelevant - he doesn't know what happened, he's just guessing.

Yeah, just to echo what has already been said, since I don't want you to make a mistake again.

To declare war, you must "move your units" in the first six hours of the PREVIOUS turn before you declare war. You can prove that you moved your units in the first six hours of the turn before declaring war by either ending your turn in the first six hours (preferable) or taking detailed screenshots showing the turn timer. If you don't move within the first six hours of a turn, you can NEVER declare war the following turn (unless you are already war and occupy the 2nd half the turn timer).

If you are planning to declare war, you can always ask me or a lurker for what you need to do to be in compliance with the rules.
